If You Need To Cancel

If you need to cancel, be sure to give us a call and discuss your options, as we are very understanding. Due to the nature of our short season we will refund your deposit if you cancel at least a month before the trip. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will owe the full balance. Any cancellations by the business due to bad weather or mechanical issues will issue a full refund.

Be sure to call if you need to reschedule as we try to be as accommodating as possible. Requests to reschedule are subject to availability, and may not always be accommodated.

If There Is Bad Weather

It is up to the guide’s discretion if we need to cancel the trip due to weather. In such an event, you will be refunded in full.
